Our firm undertakes Loan Recovery activities and renders quality advice and opinions to a large clientele base in the Banking Industry and other financial institutions. The firm has developed a result oriented approach to debt recovery, utilizing a combination of a moral persuasion, ingenuity and considerable help from the law enforcement agencies such as the Nigeria Police, Special Fraud Unit (SFU) and more particularly the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, (EFCC) which measures have in time past proved very effective and successful to the satisfaction of our clients.

We have over the years developed concise, strategic and effective means to engage recalcitrant debtors in a bid to realize the assets of our client trapped in their possession. The firm employs the machinery of the judicial system by instituting direct action for debt recovery and collection in court, commencing winding up proceedings against debtor companies and filings petitions to appropriate law enforcement agencies. The firm combines the efforts with moral persuasion as the need may arise to achieve the desired result for our clients.

At diverse periods, our Firm has undertaken recovery assignments with 85% successful rate for various companies, Nigerian Banks and numerous institutions and we are still currently retained recovery and debt collection agent to the following bodies: Ecobank Nigeria Limited, Guaranty Trust Bank, Fidelity Bank Plc, Union Bank Plc, Sterling Bank Plc, First City Monument Bank Plc and a host of others.
